There she managed the personality and image of the $1.7 billion Company and its products and brands. She also spent ten years as Director of Marketing Communications for F. Schumacher & Co., the home furnishings concern. Her background also includes public relations for arts and consumer products clients at Ruder & Finn in Chicago, and fashion and celebrity publicity for Ogan/Dallal Associates in New York.
